February 9, 2025 | The Delta Hospital Auxiliary Society is pleased to launch its new Strategic Plan. The product of six months of consultation, reflection and deep thinking, DHAS’s Strategic Plan will ensure that the organization remains stable and sustainable, now and into the future.
“Our plan lays out clear priorities and goals to shape DHAS in the years to come,” says DHAS President Jim Short. “It envisions an organization that is resilient, vibrant, inclusive, healthy, and sustainable—a DHAS that continues to make a meaningful difference for the Delta Hospital Campus of Care and our community.”
The plan focuses on three pillars: change management, volunteer management, and business management. Each of these pillars is equally important to DHAS’s. With all three pillars stabilized, they will support DHAS as it adapts to meet the challenges of the future.
