Thrift Shop
The Thrift Shop is a Ladner community favourite, located in the heart of the Ladner Village. Through the donations from the community, we sell gently used clothing and household products, including specialty items such as books, music & movies, jewelry, crafting supplies, sporting goods, toys & games, and collectibles. Our dedicated volunteers sort, price, display and sell these items within our three stores: Housewares, Clothing, and Furniture.
The Thrift Shop is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that is always looking for new volunteers. Volunteers to receive and sort donations are our current priority.
Communications
Communications volunteers work to promote the Auxiliary’s work through social media platforms, our website, print advertising, and more. If you love web work, writing, photography, videography, writing, or advertising, we have lots of opportunities for you to use your skills.
Join us at the Dogwood Gift Shop, a warm and welcoming place to volunteer! We’re looking for friendly faces to help us during three-hour shifts, always with a partner. The Dogwood Gift Shop, located at the main entrance of Delta Hospital, offers exceptional merchandise like fashionable clothing, unique accessories, and lovely handmade items. Come be part of our team—we would love to have you join us!
