November 3, 2025 | The DHAS Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Banafshe Namazi has joined Delta Hospital Auxiliary Society as Director of Operations.
Banafshe brings over 20 years of leadership in business operations, including six years in the nonprofit sector, with proven strengths in financial oversight, budgeting, and contract negotiation from roles such as managing a $75M budget at MEC and supporting housing initiatives at Community Builders Group. She is deeply people-focused, having built and mentored teams across industries, and is passionate about volunteer engagement and developing leadership pipelines.
Banafshe’s career reflects a values-driven shift toward community service, and the Board is confident her collaborative spirit and operational expertise will help the Auxiliary thrive in service of its mission.
