Conduct and Behaviour Policy

Katy Ellsworth

January 13, 2026 | DHAS is proud to announce its Conduct and Behaviour Policy, which applies to everyone who participates in our Society: volunteers, supervisors, coordinators, staff, and leadership alike. The policy outlines the standards of conduct expected in all our interactions and workspaces. It sets clear expectations so that both long-time volunteers and those just joining can contribute to an environment grounded in dignity, kindness, and trust.

The Auxiliary is a place where people feel safe, respected, and valued. We invite you to download and read the policy, and to think of ways that you can help enact these values in our DHAS spaces.
