Our Lifeline office is located within Delta Hospital
Lifeline is the electronic emergency response system which enables those at risk to remain more comfortable at home. This service provides quick assistance wherever personal support is needed, especially in a medical emergency. The Lifeline Unit’s goal is to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities to reside independently with a medical alert system that works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Lifeline is a unit of the Delta Hospital Auxiliary. In Delta, we help around 400 seniors and persons with disabilities live independently in their own homes. Volunteers install the equipment and ensure our clients know how to use their Personal Help Buttons.
Many calls to Lifeline are solved by responders, thereby preventing unnecessary ambulance calls or visits to the hospital emergency department. Seniors and their families have peace of mind knowing that help is just a click away.
Our monthly fees are very competitive. Please call the Delta Lifeline office for further information on our fees. Any profit realized from Lifeline is reinvested into care and comfort of Delta Hospital patients.
